Dear Aunt: We received your letter some time ago and were very glad to hear from you but sorry to tell you that your brothers children are all dead but two and they are Charlie and Effie. I expect you remember the names. Sarah that is Roberts wife had a stroke of pryalisis and has been in bed thirteen months and she is staying with us. Jack Martino is dead. He will be dead two years this fall, Cate Martino is still single yet and lives at the old home place. Your sister Margarets children are all married and gone. Sherman is married and lives at the old home place. Charlie Peoples is married and has five children and Effie is married and has two children, one boy and one girl the boy is 18 years old and the girl 16 years old. I guess we have told you about all the people you have ask about. We are having very cold weather here now. We want you to answer and tell us about Aunt Kate’s children, where they are and if they are living. How is Aunt Mary or is she still living? This is all that I have to write at present. I hope you will answer this letter. This letter is from your Niece Effie.
My address is Mrs. Effie Boyd,
