Notes: Ferdinand Eberlein served with Co. C, 5th Regt. Minn, Vols. He was the brother of my gr. gr. grandmother, Anna Dorothea Lottine Eberlein Katzung. Ferdiand was one of 13 children, 2 of these children died in Germany, 3 of the children served in the Civil War (2 died of disease while serving in the Civil War)
